1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ph club platform available at phclub.asia (the "Platform"), you ("User," "Player," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), including all policies, rules, and guidelines incorporated herein by reference, as amended from time to time by ph club.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing and using the ph club Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any published amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

3 Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of ph club's real-money gaming services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. This minimum age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law.
• You must be physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of accessing and using the Platform.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must not be listed on any PAGCOR exclusion register, self-exclusion database, or similar gaming prohibition list maintained by any Philippine regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity under Philippine law to enter into binding agreements and engage in lawful recreational gaming activity.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of ph club or any of its affiliated game providers, where such participation would constitute a conflict of interest.

4 Account Registration & Management

4.1 Registration

To participate in real-money gaming on ph club, you must complete the Platform's registration process accurately and in full. You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, valid Philippine mobile number, email address, date of birth, and any additional documentation requested for identity verification purposes.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered ph club account. ph club employs technical and administrative controls to detect duplicate accounts. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, related identities, or through proxy — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein, without refund obligation.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph club login credentials. ph club will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to secure your username and password. You must notify ph club immediately via live chat if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorization.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

As required under PAGCOR licensing obligations and applicable anti-money laundering regulations, ph club conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Players must submit valid government-issued Philippine identification (e.g., Philippine Passport, UMID, Driver's License, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID) before withdrawals are processed. ph club reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

5 Deposits & Payment Methods

ph club accepts deposits denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱) through the following authorized payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.

Minimum deposit amounts and transaction limits are published on the ph club Platform and may vary by payment method. Deposits are credited to your ph club wallet upon confirmed receipt from the payment processor, typically within sixty (60) seconds for e-wallet transactions. ph club does not charge internal deposit fees, though your payment service provider may apply their own transaction charges.

6 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of available real-money balances subject to the following conditions:

• Full KYC verification must be completed prior to any withdrawal being processed.
• Withdrawal requests must meet the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold published on the Platform.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be fully satisfied before the bonus-derived portion of the balance becomes withdrawable.
• Withdrawals will be processed to a payment account registered in the Player's verified name. ph club does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

ph club aims to process approved withdrawal requests for fully verified accounts via GCash and Maya within the same business day for standard amounts. Processing times may vary based on payment method, verification status, and applicable security review procedures. ph club reserves the right to conduct additional identity checks for withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.

7 Bonuses, Promotions & Free Play

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, free bingo cards, and similar incentives offered by ph club are subject to specific terms governing minimum deposit amounts (where applicable), wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet restrictions during active bonus play, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal caps on winnings derived from bonus funds. These specific terms are published alongside each individual promotion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement (also referred to as a "rollover" or "playthrough" requirement) has been met. A wagering requirement of, for example, 30× means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty (30) times in total before any bonus-derived balance becomes withdrawable. 7.3 Abuse of Promotions

ph club reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and suspend or permanently close accounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: collusion between multiple accounts to exploit promotions, systematic low-risk betting strategies designed to convert bonus funds while minimizing genuine play risk, or misrepresentation of identity to claim multiple welcome offers.

8 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the ph club Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. General gaming principles applicable across the Platform include:

• All game outcomes for Random Number Generator (RNG) games are determined by certified RNG software, independently audited for fairness. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages, not guarantees for individual sessions.
• Live casino games are conducted by human dealers via real-time video stream. Results are determined by actual physical game mechanics (card deals, wheel spins, dice rolls) and are binding.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, ph club's recorded server data will be used as the authoritative record to determine the outcome. Bets placed during a confirmed technical failure may be voided and refunded at ph club's discretion.
• ph club reserves the right to void any bet placed or win recorded where there is reasonable evidence of software exploitation, unauthorized access tools, or manipulation of game outcomes.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph club Platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated scripts, bots, software agents, or any technological means to interact with the Platform other than through its standard user interface.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting obligations, or using the Platform for any activity in violation of Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) provisions.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, loopholes, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform's games or payment systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive communication with ph club staff or other players through any Platform channel.
• Accessing the Platform using a virtual private network (VPN), proxy server, or similar tool to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Sharing account credentials with or allowing a third party to access and use your ph club account.
• Engaging in match-fixing or any activity that compromises the integrity of sporting events offered for betting.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the ph club Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, logos, trademarks, brand names, design elements, text, graphics, and audio-visual content — is the exclusive property of ph club or its licensed third-party content providers, and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property laws and international conventions.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. No Player may reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any ph club content without prior written authorization.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph club, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of gaming session data, loss of anticipated winnings, interruption of service due to scheduled maintenance or unplanned technical failure, or unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

ph club's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine consumer protection law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

ph club collects, processes, stores, and uses Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By registering and using the Platform, you consent to ph club's data practices as described therein.

ph club is obligated to share Player information with PAGCOR, Philippine law enforcement authorities, and other regulatory bodies as required by applicable law, including but not limited to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) under Republic Act No. 9160, as amended, and PAGCOR's mandatory reporting requirements.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

ph club reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or money laundering;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe;
• Request by PAGCOR, a Philippine court, or a relevant law enforcement authority;
• A Player's voluntary request for self-exclusion under ph club's Responsible Gaming program;
• Prolonged account inactivity as defined in the Platform's inactivity policy.

Players may voluntarily close their accounts at any time by contacting ph club support. Upon closure, available real-money balances (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to the Player's verified payment account following completion of any outstanding verification procedures.

14 Disputes & Complaints

ph club operates a formal internal dispute resolution process. Players who have a complaint regarding any aspect of Platform operation, game outcome, payment, or account management should first contact ph club's customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. ph club aims to provide a substantive initial response within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving a complaint in writing.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through ph club's internal process, Players have the right to escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the Platform's licensing and regulatory authority. ph club will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-mediated dispute resolution process.

15 Amendments to These Terms

ph club reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice, in response to changes in applicable law, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, or operational needs. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via SMS or email notification where practicable.

Your continued use of the ph club Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.

16 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations, the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), the Data Privacy Act (Republic Act No. 10173), and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160), as amended.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the procedures described in Section 14 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent court or regulatory authority, such provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
